I was shopping around for insurance and happen to stumble upon such a great group of individuals. These ladies greeted me in such a nice manner I felt welcomed. Peter was on his way out but he made it a point to come over and introduce himself and thanked me for stopping by. Everyone was so helpful from offering me water tea coffee to even sharing their lunch. Not only were they nice and generous but so patient with me and all my questions. Thank you Peter and your wonderful staff.

This was my first car loan in over 8 years and was a little skeptical at first, but I must say after speaking with Shaneeka I was very happy with the customer service and attention to my concerns. I called State Farm insurance company today (Peter Romeo Office) a Chinese girl or Vietnamese answered she was so rude, I asked her if I may speak to somebody else in the office that was more capable of helping me for a policy, she put me on hold for over five minutes. I called back and spoke to another woman who was nicer but still, you lost me as customer. Good luck with your staff Peter Romeo! Very unhappy customer here.
