As a first time buyer you have to be careful of who you trust when it comes to buy your home, after all it is the biggest purchase you will ever make! We were lucky enough to work with Mr. Richard Wuersch at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group. Richard made sure that everything went smooth from start to close, keeping us informed every step all the way and helped us work in how to get a better financing. PRO IREPAIR

I am still waiting to hear back from the loan agent I originally started with to see if they could get me approved for my third house under the circumstanes. Adriel got me approved in 48 hours and with approval from the underwriter. I have had two other loans done and Adriel and his team have been by far the best. My goal is to purchase two more houses and Adriel will be my go to guy. I have already started to tell my friends how impressed I was with his service. Do yourself a favor and use him and his team!
