Since the day when the field agent came to my house for my initial interview I have literally had maybe 3 actual conversations over the phone with my assigned case worker. Keep in mind my case was started back in 2014. At one point i was told a packet would be mailed to me to have completed. When i got the packet i attempted to call my worker numerous times over a period of 3 months. This began in February of this year. I finally sent emails and only to be returned indiating that person/email was unknown. So i called the main line, now its April. It was at that point that i was told my case worker changed. Stunned that no one decided to notify me of such change by phone or mail. Even more stunned when the operator seemed as though it was odd that i requested his/her name and number. Not to mention this change had happened back in March. Finally someone calls me back to apologize and says shes my new worker. Different than what i was told my new case worker was. So once again aparently there was another change that i was finally being told of. But since that day i have had NO contact with anyone by phone or mail with anykind of update at all. I find that to be a little odd. I refuse to make the initiative only because i feel as a professional it is their job to stay up on things. True they probably have a huge work load. But cmon really? Im almost tempted to take my case elsewhere.

David Fancote

this is in regards to the david fancote case: faxed 3 different times paperwork for repayment of money owed, including the promissory note and to this day, they have not responded. They helped him get SSI of which he went in and pretended he could not walk, and used a walker and then stopped using it day after court. there are videos of client walking perfectly fine, right after court hearing. tried to tell Bill latour this in messages starting in 2014. stated that they would have legal team get back regarding this, never heard from them. so this enabled david to get SSI when he had openly told me, he only wanted to get that, because he did not want to work. All of this was told to bill latour employee(s) and yet nothing done. still waiting on ahmed to have me reimbursed for davids living expenses and expenses that he promised to pay, for 2014, 2015, 2016, and some of2017. cant seem to take care of their promises. David has openly lied to them, told ssi, he did not become a diabetic on insulin until march 2014, I told bill latour and even sent evidence that he has been one since at least 1995. I guess it is all about winning the case at all cost. gave one star, because no choice. they helped him commit fraud.

im sorry to say, they are great staff people.. but to do they job as to a simple task to call your client back it seems hard for them. never can get the person resposible for my case, its always a new person assigned to my case every time I call. I had to call myself to ssi to find out what is the status.. im going to point out names.. Angela, Yesenia, Bell something and 2 others whos name I never got becauae they were always changing the person responsible for my case.... 2 weeks later after the decision was made and still didnt hear anything from my case worker... I found out on my own.. You are getting 25% of what ever I get and/or $6000 of the payback from ssi... u must be out off u fricking mind.... GETTING PAID to do what???? NOTHING. ... LOAD OF S---

My appeal is coming soon. I have to say that I have gotten phone calls here and there pertaining to my case status over the period of time. I just feel as though they are not very assuring when you talk to them. I’m so concerned with supplying my evidence (medical records etc...) I personally took them to the Colton office and to Social Security (hearing office) myself. I still didn’t get that confident/assuring feeling from them after I personally handed my records over to them. I praying that I get good representation and most of all I hope I can come back with good news for you all that are feeling skeptical and unsure of the choice that we made.

Within a week Dr. Bill Latour office return my phone call, within 2 weeks a staff member from Dr. Bill Latour office came over to my residence to explain what they do, answer any questions of mine & had me sign all documents for me to give my authorization to take my case, Angie arrived well prepare with all forms prepared from phone consolation taken, along with verified my doctors information & all medications verified & updated with additional medication given to me.

I am very disappointed and extremely unhappy with the way my case is being handled, or i should say, its not being handled at all. The initial interview had me impressed so i agreed to sign on, but once i signed the papers giving him the right to represent me in filing for disability, everything changed, and it has been a struggle to get any answers ever since. my numerous calls to mr latour have gone unanswered, just like those to his underlings
