Just finished the Sales Associate 63hr course and the State Exam Prep course and found both courses, stimulating, intense, educational and fun all at the same time. Larson covers a significant amount of information in both courses and ensure all the information you need to know to reach passing grades in both courses is covered. In addition to the information you need to pass the exams Larson also includes information that is required in the Real Estate profession, this I looked as a bonus and well worthwhile. Personally I liked how Larson changed instructors each half day. I found this beneficial as each instructor has a bit of a different teaching method and some I understood better than others. This helps ensures that no matter your learning preference you will find it in some (maybe all) of the instructors. Bottom line is passed both the Larson Exam and the State Exam first time thanks to Larson and their stimulating and varied instructors. Well worth the effort and cost.

I highly recommend using Larson’s Educational Services if you are taking the Community Association Management (CAM) test. I will be going back to them for my annual educational requirements. I took Larson’s CAM course on a Thursday and Friday in Naples. By Friday night of completing the course, my profile indicated I had completed the course. I upload the certificate on that night. I received permission to take the test, the following Monday. I scheduled the test for the next Monday in Ft Myers. I passed the test, with a 100% of course! Between the classroom work and using Larson online tutor, I was very well prepared to take the test. I would guess that 95% of the questions had seen many times. The other 5%, while new, I have enough knowledge to answer them, as well.

Larson offers AMAZING educational courses. I took the Real Estate Sales Associate class almost 2 years ago and also the State Exam Prep Course offered as a secondary course after completing the Sales course. Mr. Larson and his Sons are INCREDIBLE teachers and teach you exactly what you need to know. I just took my State Exam for the first time since taking the class in June 2014. I only had til June 11th to pass ( nothing like waiting til the end ) but with some major review and studying from the Prep Course book I nailed it on the first try. I will be taking all of my other courses here at Larson as well. Forget the other places become part of the Larson Alumni. Once again thanks Larson, time to make some money

There is no better way to prepare for the Florida state Real Estate Sales Associate exam than to take the Larson Pre-Licensing/Exam Prep combo. I learned a ton, and though there was much content in a short span, the instructors made it easy to recall the "most important concepts" with stories, memory methodology and sheer passion. The Exam Prep was essential--I thought I had it "locked in" before the one-day class, but there are many valuable points made that could have made the difference...I passed. Why chance it? Hats off to Larson!

They take pride in themselves and in teaching the curriculum. The information taught is done so in a simple, organized and efficient manner. Just passed the FL State exam for mortgage origination. Purchased the course 8/16, took the test the morning of 8/26 and aced it. Test time was 10AM and I was having lunch down the street at 11:30. The course was very comprehensive, easy to follow and effective. Wish I had had something like this when I was preparing for the National and Illinois tests. I would highly recommend it to anyone preparing to be tested. Excellent!

I took my broker class with another online school and just did not feel prepared for the test. I took the three day broker test prep class last week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and it not only prepared me for the Broker exam but I really learned the content. I would highly recommend Larson Ed to anyone interested in real estate. The content could have been dry but was made interesting by the teaching methods used by the various instructors. They used many little remembering tricks that I used during my exam. An overall wonderful experience, and they also provide students with great coffee, tea, and filtered water.
