Mr. Mike Miller. He has been a perfect example of what your firm is all about and what I believe you want to portray to your clients and potential clients. When filing bankruptcy or dealing with a situation that you have tried all avenues to address, it becomes a very stressful time. Me personally, I have spent over $4,000 to two other law firms trying to address my financial crisis. They turned out not to be as forthcoming or “intelligent” in the area that I needed assistance in and were doing absolutely nothing. Then someone told me, “you should have went to the Semrad Law Firm”… and I did. That is where I met Mike Miller. Of course in our initial meeting, he was so knowledgeable and explained all my options. I left there with less stress. Following up, I did have a really stressful experience, not with Mike, but when it was brought to his attention, he immediately took control of the situation and addressed all my questions, concerns and applied a remedy to my problem with such expertise and intelligence. It was very comforting to know that a person of such intelligence not only as an attorney, but in dealing with people was assisting me. I felt the stress just melt away. Your firm is a very busy firm, and to deal with 100’s of people on a daily basis takes a certain type of person. Mike is one… He is just awesome, that is all I can say. I felt like I needed to tell someone of the awesome experience I have had with Mike Miller and the Semrad Law firm. He is a jewel and I am always one to express my gratitude when someone does an exceptionally awesome job. And that is what he has done. Again, thank you for Mike Miller…. HE IS AWESOME…..

Great service and life saving advice! My Associate Attorney Ryan Crotty was just the person I needed to work with during what can be a difficult time. Things were really great last year and got really bad really fast this year...filing this put the breaks on what would have been an even longer harder drop. Ryan was patient and very pleasant, he loves what he does...he loves helping people! And during some of the scariest moments of my life...Ryan was there offering real concrete advice and understanding without judgement how fast things can drop and unforgiving creditors can be...the landlord forgot the on time payments...and when he got crazy in the process of my move...Ryan said "the law office well call..." when I was scared about the car getting reposed, Ryan called late night on a Saturday with the file number and told me what to do next. I took some leaps to get to the next level and I dropped some pegs...but now I have a fresh start and I will carefully climb back up...Thanks to Ryan and Debtstoppers!

filed a chapter 13 to save my home and included all my other bills electric ect. I was told to go to an address to complete Bk and save my home. I sat for hours in the lake county place when the Bk person came up to me to tell me I was in the wrong county, when I got home I had no lights, they notified them with the wrong name. I spent 2 days in a hotel until the problem was fixed, at this point I was to far in foreclosure to I said to withdraw and refund my money they made excuses and told me they would not refund anything. so today 2012 I pulled my credit and low and behold the chapter 13 is all over my credit so now what do I do, we all know they never answer their phones so I am hiring an attorney to do a chapter 7 and to file a lawsuite against them. Big waiste of time and money for parking and phone calls that always go unanswered. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY PROMISE THE WORLD AND DELIVER NOTHING.

So far my experience has been pleasant. The receptionist were very professional. My paralegal Sully was very attentive, professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I had my first appointment this morning and Sully said she would call me back before the end of the day regarding some documents and she was willing to stay later then her scheduled end time, if I would be able to take the documents back today. I am only giving 4- stars because as I mentioned, today was my first appointment only. I will rate it again once my chapter 7 is complete

I came to debt stoppers looking for help because of all the commercial and promo of filing for free. The receptionist were nice and the lawyers also, but if im in need of financial relief i believe you should try to accommodate the people i didnt have the dowm payment so basically i was told when i get it come back. I was not told i will work with you but remember you offer file for free. I dont wont free service i just need to get started to start fresh.
