Weird town . very backwards , but pretty peaceful. Two places open 24hours , all other businesses ope at 9am and close around 4pm. Children regularly violate curfew and the local police do nothing about it . Doctors barely treat their patients and treat everyone as if they are drug addicts , and maybe rightfully so as every week their is a meth bust or explosion or near explosion. Meadville charges each person who lives there just under twenty dollars for that privilege ( the privilege of living there in Meadville ). The DMV ( department of motor vehicles ) is open from Wednesday to Sunday and do not have to answer their phones . you have business with them ; you better just show up. The land Lords who rent apartments and houses over charge and hardly fix or update anything in or concerning their properties. Slum Lords more like , but the city over taxes everything ; but only cause the state government itself over taxes everything .
