I sincerely recommend David. He helped me through some serious third degree felony charges. He was able to negotiate deferred adjudication for drug charges that carry a two to ten year minimum. By the grace of God, I was able to complete my three years probation early -- in a year and a half. David helped with the early termination of probation process, too. I had to fire Breston in the middle of a case because he was unprofessional, unwilling, and undetermined. Eating in the one meeting I was able to arrange, telling me and my husband that hope is lost and not looking for any evidence or even trying to negotiate with the DA. I have very little legal knowledge and I was the one having to do all research regarding the case. Do not waste your time with this guy unless you enjoy watching your money get flushed down the toilet. He does not care about his clientelle, and only about the money.
