I am very upset by your handling of my creditcard account. I called in 2-1-17 to inquire as to why my statement was showing a payment of $549 instead of the normal $120. I was advised that I was 38 days late and that this is going to be reported to credit. I am not sure how this is possible because when I signed in to make my Dec payment there wasn’t a payment showing to be made. I think that there is some kind of glitch in your system because there have been times that when I sign in to make a payment and shows a payment due, but when you click the “make payment” option either the amount is different from the sign on screen, or it shows 0. I’ve had this account for almost 7 years and never been late, in addition to having 4 other loans with you in the past and never late. I’ve been a member since the 90’s, and I would think that you would give me the courtesy of removing the late for these reasons alone. The MSR that I spoke to basically told me that I am stuck with the late and didn’t offer an alternative correction. I had a situation with BOA a few months ago and they reported me 30 days late due to an automatic payment setup issue that was my fault. They removed the 30 day late with no hesitation and I’ve only been member with them for 6 months. Surely you should not have a problem doing this for me. I am not happy right now with the customer service at Premier.

I have been with Premier Credit Union for about 4 years and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I have to give the Greensboro branch and Graham Branch a praise. Every time I call or go there, they are more than willing to help and have went out of their way! Danielle helped me in difficult and frustrating situation with fraud on my account and went above and beyond! Definitely love this bank and their employees.
