Leaves much to be desired so unprofessional manager of that office attitude, I am a customer like any other and just because my wife have worked there (MONICA GUERRA), that Mr. took a rather rude and descortez behavior towards me without no justification, being there I noticed the difference in treatment with me and did not hesitate to speak to the to make them realize what he was doing. Despite this Sr having committed such abuse, I still had the face durismo call the police when I have been the victim. Just try to defend myself against such unjust action having a word with that Sr and that was his grinding to a customer with whom I made a grievance. If in the hands of the institution is to review the captured video cameras and see what happened you will see that this man caused this situation.
