Bryan Fagan is a very good lawyer and very calm and collected at all times unlike many other lawyers that are brash and showy on the surface but have no substance underneath. He knows the system, knows the court and never intimidated. Bryan walked me through a very difficult family legal situation where the other parties were irrational. Bryan was always rational and willing to stand up in the face of a lot of posturing and blustering from opposing counsel. Bryan was also above board ethically and I never felt that the billing for legal services was at any time incorrect, unlike many lawyers that seem to inflate their charges. I think Bryan fits best with patient people; people who are intelligent and who listen to good counsel. I think if you work with Bryan place your trust in him, do your homework if asked, be involved in the direction of the case as much as you can and things should go well.

Bryan was recommended to me by a friend to handling my divorce and custody case. Bryan and his one woman army Mollie who was the paralegal assigned to me proved successful. Going in I knew what i was trying to accomplish as the father of an 11 year old daughter would be difficult. Bryan and Mollie advised me on what was important and we focused our case on those issues. Bryan was able to prove without a doubt I was the best fit parent. He and his team produced facts without any negativity or insults. They were calm confident and very professional. Bryan and Mollie are always pleasant. In the end I was awarded custodial parent receiving child support. The amount of personal respect and cleaver use of evidence impressed me the most. I can stand by Bryan Fagan and recommend his firm for any type of divorce or child custody case.
