I have to concur with others who say this company is very unhelpful. I suggest that you avoid these folks unless you really like hearing the same recorded announcement for more than 90 minutes! I called Cigna to inquire about individual health insurance, and they transferred me to Go Health. After waiting on hold for about 20 minutes, someone came on the line and took my information and said that he would transfer me to a licensed sales agent. then I was on hold for an additional 30 minutes. Finally someone named Malissa answered and took my information again. then she hung up on me mid-call. I called back and spoke to Kalia, who took my information again, then put me on hold for another long wait. It has now been another 30 minutes - about 90 minutes since I first attempted to get through. Life is too short to waste time with this

Fraudulent company. Stay away. I have verification that they are giving customers incorrect information in order to get customers to sign up through them. For example, they told me on 2 different calls that there are no private pay insurance plans in Souther California and that I needed to use them to get coverage. I called twice - both times I got very unhelpful and rude people. When asked to speak to a supervisor or to get their name for reference, they hung up each time. I will be reporting them.

Someone needs to put an end to unlicenced agents who sell insurance and call 30+ times a day looking for people that do NOT exist. Supervisors fail to property remove number from their system, fail to provide contact to legal dept or supervisor and continue to harass. Unless you want to be harassed for the rest of your life find a licensed insurance agent if you are looking for insurance.

I current use their WBE for on exchange insurance enrollments. Thier customer service team needs additional training. There is a lack of knowledge and leadership in that department. The digital platform has issues that are not being solved in a timely manner. If you are a "technology company" this should be addressed. This leads to major frustration when you are an Insurance broker.
