Filed a claim last year for wind damage to my house. They said they would only cover 1/2 the roof but the whole roof needed repair and from I could tell all the damage happened from the same storm. They would like me to believe that the wind from a storm only blows in one direction. Only option provided was to file two claims. Now with two claims filed they send me a notice of non-renewal and have listed the claims as two events and two dates...making it harder for me to secure reasonably affordable coverage. Note: I did have more rants listed here, but after reading about big companies that sue for negative posts...thought it better to remove them.

They are taking forever on approving my claim for my car port to be rebuilt. My contractor needs the money I have been told will be given to do the rebuild and the adjuster at United Heritage has yet to return my phone calls and now is out of his stupid office for the week, when Idaho residence and companies are needing to get on with their lives due to mother nature. Insurance is their to take the worry away from damages not cause more worries.

Use this insurance company if you like to pay high premiums. Denied a claim even if the accident is not your fault. They enjoy talking down to you and explain how long they have been in the bissness. Zero costumer service just claims and billing. Stay away !!!!
