Cannot say I enjoyed my experience with Worth Ave. at all. My Macbook Pro broke while still under my policy and was sent into their partnered repair shop The Laptop Guy. The repair process took about three and a half weeks overall to finish which is very long to replace a cracked screen. In addition, I tried contacting customer service multiple times via phone and email to figure out the status of my laptop, but my emails were consistently ignored and I was redirected to a representatives voicemails when I tried calling. When I received my laptop from the repair shop, the crack in my screen was fixed, however, my space bar was broken and I had a small blue line running down the left side of my screen. I contacted the insurance company about this and a representative told me they would redirect my email to someone who would be able to assist me better. And what do you know, I never received a reply again. Terrible customer service, it seems as if they are trying to avoid the extra repairs they are obligated to pay. Would definitely not recommend.

These people run a scam and do whatever they can to delay your claim and waste your time. I would never ever ever recommend these people. They have asked me for the same info 3 times... 1 day became 2 days which is now a week and a half and what do you know, now they all of a sudden have a new way to waste my time. This is a complete joke and worst company I have ever dealt with. I plan to cancel my service and continue sharing this exp with every single potential client of theirs I can find. STAY AWAY!!!! NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS

My phone was damaged by a power surge during a lightning storm, but Worth Avenue would not take my claim without an Affidavit from an Electrician! Seriously, for a $125 claim! I have had other electronic items damaged by power surges and there is no physical evidence easily obtained to prove it was damaged by a power surge. I chose not to comply with this ridiculous requirement, and would never do business with Worth Ave again. I highly recommend you do not either!! I would give them zero stars if I could.

The plan is supposed to be a cover it all but there is a long list of "not covered". Not worth the investment, their customer service is some of the worst I have experienced - they will not even call back. Spend your money on the manufactures plans. Avoid the Worth Ave. Group! #worthsucks #worth

Satisfactory. They were slow to respond, and not as profeesional as I would have liked, but when I pointed out that they could have done better they were generous enough to upgrade my phone without me asking them to.

Very highly recommend it. Just got my $2K macbook pro fixed - no questions asked, for accidental damage. If you have a $1k+ product like a laptop or a SLR this is a great investment..

Used every excuse possible to deny my claims. Name should be changed from Worth to WORTHLESS.
