I retained this firm to represent me in court for a traffic citation. I was told that since they were the representing firm on file with the court that my case would be moved to a future date and for me to call them around the time of my original court date for the rescheduled date. In the mean time I should go home and write up a statement of the facts of the case as I would testify in court and email to the legal assistant working with the attorney on my case. I compiled a complete time line of events along with Map Quest pages to show routes and distances traveled. I emailed them to their office, and followed up with a phone call and another email to confirm they were in receipt of my information. No return phone call or email was received back from them. On the day of my court hearing I called them as directed, to find out what date my case was rescheduled for. I was told it was not rescheduled as previously told and there was an attorney there representing me. I wanted to be present to backup or verify my typed statement I had sent The Ticket Clinic. The attorney representing me did not even us my prepared statement i sent them and entered a plea of "NO CONTEST" which is basically a guilty plea with no excuse. I retained them for $145.00 and the court fined me $360.00. WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY TO USE THIS FIRM. THEY DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME, DID NOT RESCHEDULE AS TOLD, ENTERED A GUILTY PLEA FOR ME WITHOUT ANY SAY SO OR MY PRESENCE IN COURT. I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THEM STATING THE COURT FOUND ME GUILTY AND WHAT THE FINE WAS. I CONTACTED THE CLERK OF COURT AND ORDERED A COPY OF THE COURT RECORD AND FOUND THAT NO DEFENSE WAS PUT UP AT ALL THEY PLEAD GUILTY AND WALKED WITH MY MONEY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND OR MONEY ON THIS FIRM. YOU COULD COME OUT WITH THE SAME RESULTS HANDLING THE CASE ON YOUR OWN

Just pay the ticket... Cost more for a non moving violation retaining the lawyer and the court costs they did nothing.. Should of just paid the ticket it would of been cheaper

Could of contested the radar reading and reduced the mph by 4 (103 to 99mph) and saved me thousands of dollars. Poor effort.
