One of the hardest things a family can go through is the dreaded bankruptcy. When we bought our home we took two loans from Wells Fargo, one fixed the other adjustable, our intentions were to refinance the second once we had some equity so that we had a more stable housing cost. Then the housing bubble happened and our house dropped below half its value. Wells Fargo would have love to take our home away from us. Luckily for us, we had Brian A. Barboza. I can not tell you how easy Brian made the bankruptcy go. He was super easy to talk to and lots of fun to work with. Brian was able to answer every concern and question I had about the process and made my family feel super comfortable. Wells Fargo tried to pull a fast one towards the end of the process and Brian had made sure he filed all of the papers so that the judge came down on our side. I hope that my family never has to go through this kind of stress again, but if I ever need an attorneys help, I would look towards Brian again.

Incredible!!! - Brian and his staff are amazing and brilliant. I went from no hope, ( i was about to lose my house) to no worries. Brain and his staff handled everything. walked us step by step through the entire process. left no stone unturned and kept us informed about everything.
