After suffering pretty serious injuries in a motorcycle accident, I contacted Hakim, Toma & Yaldoo. My attorney, Kevin, fought long and hard for me and would not give up, even though I had lost all hope of receiving any monetary settlement. When the insurance company did not want to pay and used every stalling tactic they could to discourage me from continuing with the lawsuit, that made Kevin fight harder. Bottom line is the insurance paid out a six-figure settlement after a 1-1/2 year wait. I will always have scars and limitations from the accident, but I can now move forward more comfortably because of the tremendous work of Kevin and the Hakim, Toma & Yaldoo firm.
