We were a victim of the bait and switch! We started out with one attorney, thoughtful detail oriented and supportive at a really vulnerable time after our accident. By the time the settlements were discussed, the attorney wee were assigned was not familiar with the details of our case. Disappointing to say the least. I gave a $1000 deposit for work that his firm was contracted to do. I stopped the work before they even started with any type of legal proceeding as my circumstances had changed. They were not willing to refund ANY of my so call "deposit" of $1000. Very bad business practices. Buyer beware. So many other ethical attorneys out there to chose from.
