I was skeptical at first but from my initial call, interviewing Law firms, T. Damato was PROFESSIONAL, ACCOMMODATING and PATIENTLY stepped me through the process and benefit of his firm. Once selected to represent my son in a moving traffic violation, I found that, regardless of who I dealt with in the firm, they were KNOWLEDGEABLE and HELPFUL even through countless court date changes and my endless questions. The lawyer assigned to our case, W. Popovich Sr., spent time on the phone to discuss the case prior to the court date and was punctual for our court appearance. Prior to our appearance in front of the judge, he met with the prosecutor and worked through our agreed to position. All-in-all we had a very positive experience with this firm and in the end, they delivered exactly what they promised they would.

I highly recommend the services of Stabile Law Firm. I was at a complete stop when an elderly woman cutting the turn too sharply and going too fast for the neighborhood ran into the front driver side of my car causing what turned out to be over $3000 in damages and incalculable aggravation and inconvenience. She was unwilling to admit fault to the point of denying the facts, and so I handed over the insurance and legal issues to Steve Stabile who handled the entire matter over and above what I had expected to my advantage. TRASH, Nothing but THIEVES AND WASTERS OF YOUR TIME. Last minute court date changes without any notification to the client. Anything said to get your payment, but unable to be reached/have calls returned when an issue arises.
