I just finished my case on becoming permanent resident with Lee & Gracia and I wanted to share my experience with all of you who are looking for an attorney on immigration matters. Me and probably many of you reading this might have so many questions to ask about your status or your case and I’m sure there is so much fear of not knowing what is going to happen through the process of whatever your situation is. My case was easy in the beginning and it turned out to be one of the most complicated cases there has been, and believe me the fear of me getting deported was so high that i couldn’t pass the days without wanting to have the answers right in the moment. So I hired Lee & Gracia and it was the best decision I’ve made. My case could’ve gone on and on for years, but no they did an incredible job and it was all over in only few months. They’re very experienced and once you start the case they’re availability exceeds its limits. I even met them randomly on a store, a few of the staff members and even if they weren’t working they made their time available to talk about it. I even met Mr. Lee randomly at a grocery store, and he spent almost an hour talking to me about the case and making sure that I don’t panic and that everything is going to be alright. And it did. So if you’re considering on hiring a lawyer don’t think twice, believe me, they’re will be there for you and I mean YOU and not only your money.

My wife was suspected of shoplifting. The case was successfully dismissed in the court. After that we applied for our Green card through another law firm (preferred by my employer). Because of the shoplifting case, we were asked to appear for an interview at Newark USCIS district office. Initially we were debating between Lee & Garasia and the other law firm, which did our green card. The price quoted by the other law firm was double the amount quoted by Lee & Garasia. Mr. Lee guided us through the initial consultation on what to expect. Then we had a one on one session with Ms. Garasia. She thoroughly prepared us - What documents to take, which documents should be original, the purpose of each of those documents, replacement document if one document is unavailable, what possible questions would be posed for me and my spouse and how to answer the questions to the interviewing officer.When we went to Newark office, Ms. Garasia was there before us and accompanied us for the interview. The interview went exactly as guided by Ms. Garasia. Their experience, honest intent to make themselves available for any questions would be of great asset to anyone looking for guidance in untangling immigration issues.

“The Best Attorney, The Best Service” Hi , When i got married on that time my husband working on H1B and only three months were left to expired his H1 .We were not sure what to do next ??? I just became a U.S. Citizen last week and I could not have done it without Lee & Garasia. I started the citizenship process on my own in 2013. But since my case was a little complicated, Immigration kept making excuses, delaying my case, and making me run around in circles. I got fed up with it and decided to hire Lee and Garasia. VIRAL - I would like to thanks to Mr & Mrs. Lee for helping me to renew my green card with out any trouble. in my case my green card was based on marriage and i got divorced from my wife in 2 years. so my green card going to expired in 2 years and that was the most complicated case to renew a green card but they handle my case so easily and i got my green card without any complication.
