We have been with State Farm for 30 years and this office since 1990. Since Chris has taken on our policies, we have added an additional policy. Chris personally took us through the process without is having to make a trip in. When we recently purchased a car, Chris was there to help again. He let us know about products and services without being pushy and salesman like. Chris is personable and always seems to be in the office when we need him. In the past, we never spoke with our agent, his office staff did everything. Chris makes us feel like we are his family and takes care of everything.

Chris Hare has managed my car insurance for the past few years. He is through and kind and always willing to answer my many many questions. He even helped me out with commercial liability insurance for my business . He does his best to go above and beyond and make your insurance experience easy. When I was in an accident earlier this year his first question when I called was "Are you okay?". This put me at ease and let me know he was on my side and he made filing a claim quick and painless. I would recommend him to anyone who either needs to start a policy or switch over.

Ali P is Ali Powell his employee, neighbor and "friend". John P is John Powell her husband. Matt Shrumm is his friend. Lori K is a real client. The lack of insurance experience in the office is a real handicap in my opinion . Just double check your policies for all discounts available, as is always a good practice. Chris does have some insurance experience, but not Ali or Dustin until the last year. Any friend or employee can give you a good review, but they are not always accurate. Chris sure had a lot of reviews in the last week.
