I recently needed a Certificate of Insurance for my condominium. After receiving this document Ashley Hammond reached out to me as she noted that I had my personal unit insurance with another insurance company. As she and I talked about coverage, she highlighted the benefits of having one insurance company insure both the unit and the building. Her expertise and advice was sound. She went through all of the various coverage topics and the benefits to having them. She worked through different scenarios for cost and benefit implications. I loved working with her. She was (is) professional, knowledgeable and caring. She was patient as I asked the same questions over and over. I have peace of mind now with the coverage that I have elected to have State Farm provide. I feel confident that I was not led astray and only have the coverage that I need. We have been customers of this State Farm branch for many years. Recently, we came to them to transfer our car insurance to two new vehicles. Immediately we were asked if we had thought of using State Farm Bank for our auto financing. We were connected with Sarah Anne who was very easy to work with, incredibly accommodating, and able to provide us great rates on our auto loans. We had secured one loan through the dealer already, and she took care of all of the headache of stopping that loan in process, and transferring financing to State Farm. For the second car, we were able to get a check to take to the dealer and pay for the car when we picked it up. Both were excellent experiences! We enjoy that all our insurance and finance products are under one roof with a team we know and trust at State Farm, and that those pesky little details like GAP insurance are taken care of for next to nothing, in house. Highly Recommend!
