We have never before experienced this level of quality work or attention to customer satisfaction from a contractor. From initial contact to sign off, Neil Kelly Home Performance provided superior service. Thomas Staten, the Specialist who made initial assessment/proposal, followed the project closely and always put our needs first. Lisa Pickert, Project Manager, did a wonderful job in coordinating the crews and in creative problem solving. All the workers, both Neil Kelly employees and subcontractors, were prompt, friendly and professional. The work was completed quickly with close attention to detail. Our input was always solicited and welcomed. We are now 3 months post-completion and everything is as we had hoped it would be. We know, also, that we can still contact Neil Kelly with any concerns that might arise and that they will continue to be completely responsive. After this experience, we can’t imagine using any other contractor for repairs, remodels or upgrades on our home.

We are so happy with the kitchen remodel that Neil Kelly did for us last year. We worked with Joel Fraley, designer extraordinaire. From the beginning, when we were just starting to think about what to do with our disaster of a kitchen, Joel was knowledgeable, patient and calm. He came up with some incredibly creative designs for our weirdly shaped kitchen, and worked with our ideas every step of the way. During the project, Joel was ALWAYS available, either by phone or in person. He dealt with the few problems that we had efficiently and graciously. I would highly recommend Neil Kelly, and especially Joel Fraley, to anyone who is thinking about a remodel, kitchen or otherwise. Our kitchen is beautiful and a joy to cook in, thanks to these guys

We just finished our full kitchen remodel with Joel Fraley (designer) and John Finn (project manager) and could not be more pleased with the experience and the final product. Joel was exceptional at translating our desires into a constructable design. And John was top notch at setting a schedule and keeping the construction on track and on time. I followed the project in person every day, and our carpenter Jamie was skilled and meticulous at getting things installed correctly. All of the subcontractors did their work to a very high standard as well. On the whole we could not be happier with our new kitchen. Now if we can just find some additional funds to remodel a bathroom or two...

We had our downstairs redone including the kitchen. Our designer, Joel Fraley, really listened and understood what we wanted. He handled the arrangements for all aspects of the project and this is exactly what we wanted. When the work started Project Manager, Paul Louis, did a fantastic job and stuck to the schedule. The work was done on time and the house was cleaned up each night. We really appreciate all the time and effort Joel put into the design and we love the results. It was wonderful to have someone dealing with all the issues and it made the remodeling a pleasant experience. I would definitely use Neil Kelly again and recommend them to anyone.

Well we hired one of their HVAC guys name Brice Riley to install our HVAC systems back in April. Brice shows up on a Saturday in Neil Kelly van. We purchased our own equipment from a wholesaler which saved us a lot of money. All Brice had to do was set the two units, install refrigerant lines and charge them. Sound simple. We just received power yesterday and was able to test them. Bad news. The units start but do not cool. As I looked more in detail I believe this guy either did not charge them or the copper lines he installed leaked. So now we are trying to get a hold of their office. No on call people I guess. And it is 100 degrees outside.

We worked with Joel Fraley at the Neil Kelly Company to remodel our kitchen. Our home is 1934 vintage and we wanted to retain the traditional character with 21st century updates to our smaller kitchen. Joel gave us excellent design and budget options. Once construction was underway, the written schedule was followed almost to the day. The project manager was thorough and no detail was too small to attend to. Joel was a pleasure to work with and always accessible when there was a question or concern. I continue to recommend Joel and Neil Kelly for quality customer service and creative design.

I have had the pleasure of using Neil Kelly for a kitchen remodel and some minor maintenance work on my house. Each time they did an outstanding job. My most recent project was the replacing of a vinyl floor and molding in my bathroom. The work was done on time, on budget (in fact under the estimate) and the craftsmanship on some difficult molding around my bathroom cabinets is great! I highly recommend Neil Kelly.
