I contacted Godsey and Martin law firm after a car accident around August 2014, after listening to the T.V. and radio commercials I assumed I would receive adequate care by professionals. Each week after the accident I would call to get up dates on my case, the personnel was vague, however she assured me someone was working hard on my case. After the 2nd month I decided to be patient and allow the attorneys to fully investigate my case. I decided to contact the law firm after 5 additional months of no contact, and was advised the attorney did not won’t take my case to trial, and dropped the case. I was never notified that my case would be dropped, no written or verbal communication, there was clear evidence including pictures that I was hit from behind, however the law firm refused to take it to court. After speaking to countless admins in the office I was advised the actual attorney would call me back. (I’m still waiting on the phone call) Please do not hire an attorney because of countless commercials on t.v. or the radio, ask lots of question, do a lot of research and find an attorney, with great communication skills, who will not be afraid to fight for your case.

They made sure that my injuries and concerns was met. I went to therapy and specialist to make sure my pain was addressed. They was thorough from start to finish. They are complete bs! Do not waste your time . I was in a wreck in 2014 of September and was pregnant. I have yet to receive anything from them . Neither has my sister and she actually lost her baby . (Rip) looking for a lawyer that can sue . They kept a check that was sent to them for a reimbursement for me . I keep getting the run around with them . So very unprofessional. Barnett and the rest .
