Luke Fenchel is not only an incredible, honest lawyer who will defend you and ensure the best outcome possible for you, he is supportive, knowledgable, and professional. Luke helped me to obtain the best result possible for my case - I was found not responsible for what I was being accused of, and all allegations were dropped with no consequences. Luke was even able to accomplish this without having to take the case to a hearing board, which, while still would likely have resulted in the same outcome, would have been much more expensive, time-consuming, and stressful. Luke is quick to respond to any questions and concerns and keeps you updated as the case unfolds every step of the way. He will fight for you and uses a fact-based approach combined with experience to achieve the best result for you possible. I highly recommend him if you are seeking an attorney who deals with any issues he covers, no complaints whatsoever.

Luke represented me on my first and only DWI in Ithaca City Court. I told him my goals and was honest, and he told me he would do his best to get the results without promising. The probation dept. and the DA wanted to sentence me to probation, but Luke argued successfully for a CD. Then, when I was violated for my ignition interlock, he took my case twice, and we won twice (both times I was restored to my CD). One time we won without a hearing, and then we actually won a hearing on the VOCD. He just asked me to be honest and I was. I just asked him to believe me and he did. I am glad it is over and done with, and I know I can still call him if I have questions and he takes my calls. I recommend him to anyone and still takes my calls out of courtesy to help me with issues unrelated even after the fact everything is close and done with which I find very cool and comfortating.

I went to Luke whom I knew through a family member when I was falsely arrested for petty larceny. Luke understood my frustration with the whole matter, having to hire an attorney when I had committed no crime. We went through the legal ropes together and he was able to retrieve the closed circuit video proving I was innocent and got the charges dismissed. It was an absolutely dumbfounding experience to have your life disrupted in this way by false allegations. Luke accompanied me to the State Police where I was handcuffed, shackled, hands and feet, and had every square millimeter of my fingers and hands fingerprinted. I am still very upset and traumatized by this experience. Luke was very patient and helped me through the whole process. I would recommend him if you need a good, sensitive attorney in Ithaca.

A judge assigned Luke Fenchel to be my lawyer when I was charged with an E Felony for Grand Larceny. I was facing a minimum sentence of 1.5-3 years, as I am a predicate felon which comes with automatic prison time when facing a new felony. The DA had no interest in any deals whatsoever. Luke discovered certain irregularities with my case which forced the DA to drop the felony. I spent 90 days in jail instead of years in prison, I am happily writing this review at my computer at my home next to my girlfriend thanks to Luke. Out of my 16 times in jail multiple stints with probation, prison, drug court, and countless lawyers of varying skills and commitment, Luke is by far the best lawyer I have ever dealt with. He is the reason I am free and working to this day.

He is down to earth and will always be the guy I want on my side because weather he is in his office or else where he will make sure to be on call and get back to you right away .
