Immigration Firm Outstanding! Chavez and Valko has handled Several of my H1-B petitions and Most Recently got my PERM Labor Certification approved. They Have done an outstanding job in each of my cases but in my PERM Which Particularly used from my current employer experience for my new position Which I understand is more difficult than usual PERM process. Mr. Valko and his team did a fantastic job advising my employer on how to handle the case correctly. They Responded to an audit in the case from the Department of Labor, and a few months later, my PERM was certified. Also, my employer recently got acquired by a larger firm and That added another layer of difficulty to my case. In summary, Mr. Valko has done an excellent job in each of my cases and I strongly recommend him, the staff and his firm to anybody interested in immigration services. Excellent Immigration Law Firm! Chavez and Valko has handled several of my applications H1-B and recently run my application PERM Labor Certification. They did an excellent job in all cases, but especially in my PERM as they used experience gained with the employer requesting PERM. I have understood that this is quite difficult. Mr. Valko and his team did an excellent job giving us his best opinion and guidance. Also, Mr. Valko responded to an audit of the Department of Labor and recently my case was approved. In addition, my company has just been acquired by a larger company. In conclusion, Mr. Valko and his team did an excellent job and I highly recommend your services!

There is no words that can explain how thankful I am to Mr. Martin Valko and his law firm. I was very discourage, hopeless, and without faith after a well known attorney told me to get ready to go to my country because there was nothing he or anyone could do about my imminent deportation. He was my attorney for years and paid him a lot of money with false promises. I searched for a deportation attorney and found Chavez & Valko law firm. I was running out of time because I only had less than a month to leave the country. After meeting with Mr. Valko and Mr. Chavez, they immediately started to review my case. It was obviously an impossible case but I wanted a final opinion since I have two small children from a U.S Citizen which I would had to leave with their dad if left the country. I was frustrated, devastated, very depressed, and hard broken. Also, because of my case was televised I will be killed if left the country. My family was devastated knowing that I was in a very dangerous situation. Thinking I was going to loose my family and my family will loose me. It took a lot of hard and professional work from Mr. Valko, Mr. Chavez, Mr Frost and their paralegal to fight my case. In less than two weeks Mr. Valko was able to hold my deportation. They well prepare my case which contained over 500 pages of documents and evidence which explain why I should stay in the country. I was impressed. I was very happy for the positive decision of an immigration officer. Although the decision was positive I still had to wait for the Judge final decision. I was very scared and nervous but at the same time my faith was back since I knew Mr. Valko and Mr Frost was well prepared and organized to present my case to the judge. I knew my case was a unique and very difficult. January 12, 2012 was the happiest day for my family and me. The judge granted my legal status in the U.S. I was impressed of the decision but I know it was only the constant hard and efficient work of the Mr. Valko, Mr Frost, Eduardo and everyone who work in my unique challenge case. Thank you Mr. Valko for your constant concern and efficiency during the case. I strongly recommend the best attorney law firm in the country Chavez & Valko. Thank You Mr. Valko for your sincerity care and persistent effort to stop my deportation and help grant my legal status in the U.S. Thanks to God I found Chavez &Valko law firm I am legally safe in the U.S. If it was not for Mr. Valko expertise and professionalism, I will probably be death now and my kids without a mother. Thank you for your genuine interest in my case. Thank you Mr. Frost for a well preparation for court. Many thanks to Eduardo who always reached for answers and gave me quick responses . Yolanda who is very friendly and attentive. I still cry thinking that I am still here with my children. Thanks to all of you. I will strongly recommend you for the rest of my life. God Bless Chavez & Valko law firm, for their caring, professional dedication , excellent and comprehensive work. Again, I am proud to recommend Chavez & Valko law firm.

First off I want to think Chavez Y Valko in Fort Worth with all you have done and support. I would like to write a little bit of our experience, we went to Chavez Y Valko when our first I-601A was denied for my husband, we had submitted the first one through a Notary in Fort Worth it went all wrong there to begin with, So I started doing my research and found this law firm, read good reviews so my husband and I decided to set up an appointment for a consultation, they made us feel really comfortable and positive that they could work with his case. We made the decision to move forward with them. We gathered all information that was needed to submit the new wavier, they were so professional in fixing all paperwork. Our wavier was sent off in Sept of 2015, by Dec 11,2015 we received an email letting us know it was approved, so we thought we could move forward but then we hit another bump in the process, my husband had submitted all his paperwork with the wrong year he entered the U.S he thought it was in 2004 but when they had requested FOIA records we noticed it was actually 2005 when he entered. Mr Chavez & Valko law firm acted quick in trying to resolve the problem so what they did was sent records of my husbands FOIA and letter stating about the mistake, our process was on hold for about a year until we got some response for USCIS. After that the DS-260 was submitted to wait on his interview, my husband had his interview in CD. Juarez on 07/05/2017, and he was approved. They did not question nothing about his entries. We are now back home in the states. but not yet done with the whole process, my husband just received his LPR card in the mail about 2 weeks ago and noticed they had made a mistake on his last name, Chavez and Valko Law firm have already submitted all paperwork to get that fixed. My husband and I are very satisfied with everything they have done for us. I have recommended this law firm to several people that I know, and yet have I heard anything negative about them. I would recommend this Mr. Chavez and Valko law firm, they are very professional and go above and beyond!!!. Thank you again and may god bless you all!!! Kuddos!! to Christine Almaraz as well she is an awesome Paralegal!!!

My immigration case, a J-1 waiver of 2-year home residency requirement, was a peculiar one and therefore difficult. I am researcher in the field of Nanotechnology and I needed to obtain a J-1 waiver so that I could stay here in the US with my husband and baby and continue my carrier and research work. I consulted and hired the services of 2 well know or major law firms in Dallas and even consulted a well know law firm in Washington D.C. that specializes in J-1 cases. This was one of the most painful experiences I had to deal with. I couldn’t get a hold to the lawyers assigned to my case (they will not return phone calls or emails); in several occasions I was given incomplete information and at times inaccurate. There was no feedback or answer to my questions but consistent reminders that I would not be able to succeed obtaining a waiver without their experience. The law firm in Washington, eventually refuse to take my case because they considered that my case had a low rate of success. I wasted one valuable year fighting with lawyers, trying to reach them and getting nowhere but frustrated. Finally I decided to move on and find a new law firm and when searching I read several reviews of the law firm of Chavez & Valko, LLP explaining how good, fast and professional they are. I consulted Mr. Valko and he was honest about my odds and explain to me how he will proceed if I were to hire his services. I did, and it was the best decision I made. Mr. Valko and his team are very professional, detailed and diligent. At all times I was extremely confident or their knowledge and work. Communication was always a priority; whether was over the phone or emails and visits. Although my case was difficult, at no moment Mr. Valko and his team refuse to work in my case, gave up or took it lightly. It is because of their detailed and professional work that I was granted the much needed J-1 waiver and couldn’t be happier. I completely recommend the law firm of Chavez & Valko, LLP because they will do their up most for you.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for the hard work and professionalism of the Chavez and Valkolaw firm, while my biggest thanks and appreciation goes to Gary Frost. Thank You! Everything began a few years ago when I got detained by ICE for falling out of status as an F-1 student. I hired a local immigration attorney last year when I received notice of my first master calendar hearing. Hiring her was a bad idea! Once the contract was signed, she became rude, arrogant and demanded more money for little things. I couldn’t afford to hire another attorney so I stuck it out and hoped for the best.I had not heard anything from immigration or my attorney since June/July 2013, so I assumed that no news was good news. I was wrong! Things turned for the worst earlier this year when I received a letter from ICE stating that I was to report to their facility within a month to be REMOVED!!!After living here for 10 years, I was not facing deportation and separation from my family. I was devastated. Panicked, I had no choice but to fire my old attorney. After consulting with a few local immigration attorneys, I decided on retaining services of Mr. Gary Frost. From the moment I stepped into their office, I could see the level of professionalism and empathy they had for me. Mr. Frost told me exactly how he would approach this case from beginning to end. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that he did not promise any results, but gave me realistic expectations. However, he did promise to do everything he could to fix the situation I was in.Mr. Frost filed an appeal to re-open the case. This was granted. He communicated extensively with ICE over the next month to see if they would come to some sort of agreement. My next court dated was now scheduled for 05/09/2014. Guess what.. ICE agreed to administrative closure because I qualified for prosecutorial discretion and the Immigration Judge granted it. I am no longer being deported. THANK YOU GARY and everyone at the Chavez and Valko Law Firm!

i read about chavez and valko via google reviesws. at this time was looking for an attorney since the one i had was not helpful at all. i could never get hold of him and could never answer most important questions that i needed help with. i went to the office and met up with one of the attorneys from the firm, Mr Gary Frost. Now where do i even start from? After a couple of minutes into the meeting i already knew i was in good hands. i was i removal proceedings but on top of that my case was one of those complicated ones that when you hear about, it sounded more like a movie than real life. but mr Frost agreed to take my case anyway and there we started to work. Mr Frost and his assistant worked tirelessly on my case, they were there anytime i needed the on top of their game, always prepared everything was done to perfection.. court day came and terror began atleast for me. i was a nervous wreck but mr Frost always assured me . thats one of the main things that impressed me abt him. i could tell he felt my pain and fears! we had one of the hardest judge in town. one whose name sends goose bumps to even lawyers but not mr Frost he represented like the pro that he is. after a couple of trips to court , my case was finally settled. Due to mr frost hard work, determination and patience im still here and have an opportunity to a better life and chances. He is TOUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE the best attorney you could ever ask for. Mr Frost, Mr Edwardo i cannot thank you enough only God will repay you what you truly deserve. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! everybody else too at the office including the kind receptionist, thank you and keep up the great work that you all do.
