I am very disappointed with this law firm I paid for my ticket they charged me $80, in the mean time I was waiting for the office to send me a notice about my court date I would also check the online Dallas municipal website and nothing was there. So now I am receiving letters from the Dallas Municipal court stating that I have not paid my ticket. First of all I thought the law firm of Robert S. Gregg was taking care of it and I was wrong . They took my money and did not resolve anything I am upset and disappointed. Next time I will rather pay the ticket before the 21 days because hiring a lawyer is useless.

I have been waiting for a call back from their office but each time I call in I am told that someone will be calling me with an update on my citation I have still yet to hear from their office even from an assistant much less from an attorney - Not even an Admin OR the front desk staff has ever returned my calls nor have I received any correspondence by email or by US mail to keep me in the loop. I know they charged my Credit Card for the initial handling of the citation but have yet to find out if the attorney is making any progress on my case.

Mr Robert Gregg is the best. My wife was facing serious charges and Mr Gregg was a miracle worker. I meet Mr Gregg. Three years ago when I had some criminal charges of my own. With three different felony charges he got them all dismissed. As for my wife she is in a bit of a pickle. With two warrant out for here arrest. He got the warrants lifted. I could not handle two children on my own without her, and with a third on the way he started my case on the strength of my word as payment. I thank God for Mr. Gregg and the great work he does.

I wanted to email this office proof of insurance so I could get my case settled and waited on hold for 10 minuted. Then called back and was hung up on. Absolutely ridiculous. I paid them to take care of my ticket and they treated me worse than if I had dealt with the employees at the courthouse. Worst Customer Service Ever.

Love Robert S Greg Law firm they got 13 warrants lifted for A 1,000 witch would of cost me 2,500 and off my record. Good guy great customer service. Ive been going to him for 2years now and my family and friends get good service.
