First time calling Gentry Heating, found their coupon in Valpac for a $59 "Seasonal Tuneup". I called just before Christmas, and they scheduled me 12/28/15 between 1pm and 2pm. Terry, the service rep arrived within minutes of 1pm, which was a relief as I was very busy. Terry was the most KNOWLEDGEABLE service rep then I ever had for my now 14 year old Heat pump in my doublewide rental house. The type I have has a furnace behind the air intake space in my laundry room. And the air filters are a flimsy metal type that are nearly impossible to get clean and then to reinstall. I was unable to find replacement filters the entire time I owned it. But Terry came to the rescue by introducing me to disposable filters that I can get at Lowes, Ingles, Ace Hardware, etc. Terry showed me several issues that have occurred with my unit and what I should be aware of in the near future. I have never had a service man explain so much to me and in a way that made complete sense! Calling them again today to come to my own house this time to service my heat pump there. And will be on my "favorites" list in my phone for any future issues with my old heat pump. Highly suggest this company to any family, friend, and the public!

Tranis and Gentry Heating exceeded all expectations and I can prove it....got an appointment that week I called, great communication from the first phone call and subsequent confirmation call. Tranis came on time for the appointment and beyond the maintenance service he listened to a problem we were having and recommended a treatment that corrected a two year issue with allergies/asthma symptoms. We have a new house with new unit but, had allergies symptoms. I can already tell a difference with a "scrubber unit" put near handler that cleans the air noticeably.

Scott has been my sole tech since I first contacted Gentry 5-6 years ago. He serviced my system this morning at the exact time promised. I trust Scott to maintain my system with zero up-selling. He listens, is responsive to my questions, and helps me plan for the future for the eventual demise of my 21 year old equipment. Gentry is consistently on time and professional. They immediately schedule a time frame to expect them and they always show up in that time frame. Excellent Customer Service and Quality install at Good Price John our sales rep went out of his way to get us a good deal and quick turn around. We were having problems with our heat during a bad cold snap and he was able to get a new HVAC installed quickly and made sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. He is extremely knowledgeable about our gas furnace and does a 15 point inspection as well as cleaning our the small drain container.
