I have had such an amazing experience with Service Experts specialist, Mr. Al. He has been taking care of my HVAC since 2015. Al is a professional and quite experienced as well. The minute he gets to the door, he covers his shoes with work booties. For me, it conveys a mark of respect for my home and him being conscious of not spreading germs around my home. Further, Al has saved me at least $3000 by recognizing that the compressor of my HVAC still had warranty on it, which I had not known since the compressor broke down a few months after I bought the property. Al went beyond the call of duty to work with the original company that installed my HVAC to replace the compressor at no charge to me. In addition, just during his last visit for routine maintenance in March of 2017, Al reminded me again that some of the part in my AC unit needed replacement and that power surge was needed as well. I decided to replace these parts during this visit as I promised Al I would. I just love how Al helps me to be proactive with making sure my HVAC is in top shape. This approach will prevent damages that will cost thousands of dollars or that would lead to me purchasing a whole new HVAV unit. Thank you Al and Service Experts! Please keep up the fabulous job you are already doing!!!

I just wanted to express my appreciation of Lance H, Dominic H and Reggie. I contacted Service Experts on Saturday - July 2 requesting an appointment to have someone evaluate my current AC- Very surprised when the appointment was made for later that same afternoon. Lance H. performed a very precise inspection and made suggestions for possible improvements. He contacted Dominic H. to discuss and set an appointment for later that same day. When Dominic arrived, he was well prepared and offered suggestions for a new Lenox system. Both Lance and Dominic were extremely professional, informative and patient as they answered our many questions. On Wednesday, July 6th, Reggie arrived to install our new system. He worked tirelessly in the extremely hot attic to insure that we would have AC by evening. I commend management for employing these gentlemen and sincerely appreciate their efforts in making this purchase a pleasant experience. I strongly recommend Service Experts.

Steven Edwards #160: We had a new air conditioning unit installed because ours was very old and leaking and freezing solid. The tech who installed the unit was very polite and professional. His caring and professionalism was beyond compare. Steven stayed late to make sure we had our unit working correctly. Then Steven returned to finish up the installation. His attitude was very positive even with the heat/humidity and thunder storm we had. I would be very happy to have Steven work on our unit. A great representative for your company. Steven took extra care to cover his work shoes so as to not get anything on our floors. The job site was cleaned up and you would never know that was anyone ever working there. Steven also explained the thermostat operation. We were very satisfied with this tech and his work.

We called for service on a Sat. morning and had a technician here within the hour. Mike Meredith diagnosed the initial problem with our outside AC unit and also discovered a problem of mold on the inside of our air handler. Mike was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. We also decided to add an electronic air cleaner system to the handler. We were familiar with this type system and after talking to Mike about it, decided to go ahead with that purchase also. We felt that pricing was very good for all the work. Mike was a very nice, friendly guy and we would recommend him and your company to others in our 55+ community - Stone Creek, Ocala.

When my system burned out, I called Service Experts Ocala. They returned my call promptly and sent out two technicians, and within a couple hours, had my heat on for the night. The next day, technician Mike Hudson came and installed a complete new system and had us up and running before dinner. Everyone was friendly, professional and very prompt. Mike even left leaving everything so clean, it looked as though no one had been there. Great job, Mike, and thanks to you and Service Experts Ocala!

Tech #31 (Timothy) showed up exactly as scheduled for a Lennox "white coil" replacement. He found the real leak in a valve while checking the system. Sounds simple. 2 other companies missed it, one wanted to sell me a whole system for only 7K while only checking 1/2 the system. Tim ordered the valve and returned when he said he would, had the new coil and valve in under 2 hrs while fixing an additional small leak in a line inside the condensor. Freezing my butt off now. You da man Tim.

A new AC system is a big decision being a homeowner. It was very important to me not to find the cheapest but to find the most decent, reliable, professional and dependable company possible. I have to give props to the installers....facing a woman, managing the 91 degree house with multiple dogs and teenagers on their way home.... takes guts!! Bill and Reggie got my new system up and running in short order. They were professional, speedy and thankfully, just pleasant, confident men.

My tech Brandon Woodard was great, kept me informed of the progress, he also went above and beyond his job, and tighten a few boards on my fence for me. Very respectful and polite. He told me there was a problem that he would be there the next day to correct and was there. They came out, explained to us in detail what was wrong and what options we had. They scheduled a service for Monday morning, Technician Bill R should up bright and early with a new unit, completely replaced ducts, wiring, thermostats, everything that had to do with the old unit. He even waited until my husband picked me up from work so that he could show me how to use the thermostat. Great service.

Bought a new Lennox 2 yrs ago. Garage has flooded 3 times since. I signed a contract where they were to take out payments from my bank account. Well, the first time it was okay. This time, they charged me $171. and told me they did not know about my service contract. What a ripoff. I asked the tech to have the office call me incase there was some sort of misunderstanding. They never called.

My AC died on a Friday night after 5pm. They scheduled a technician, James Bass to come over just over an hour later. He did an excellent job. Got me up in running in less than an hour. May not be the cheapest guys in town but, quick and professional. If you have an emergency these are the guys you want to call.
