We had Ben More out to do a service call and general tune up for the heating system in a home we had purchased 6 months ago. Ben was very mindful of our property, making sure his activity did not leave anything noticeable behind. He was eager to share his expertise with us to help us make a well informed decision. We decided to consider a replacement system and add duct work to the 2nd floor of our century old home. Although the sales appointment started a bit rough as no one showed up at the original time. I contacted Tonia at the office and she was quick to defuse my anger and disappointment, providing a comfort expert the same day. It was a pleasure to learn about current heating solutions from Abe Sanchez. We selected a system, received an appointment for installation, and were very happy with our decisions in the purchase. Denny and Tyler arrived ready to work and again aware of actions required to ensure our property was left as clean or more so than when they arrived. The installation team stayed on schedule and were very helpful in training us in the proper operation of our new heating system. When they departed all debris and items associated with their work left with them. Again lots of kudos to Tonia for her ability to work me through my disappointment and keep us interested in following through with our purchase. Overall a great experience working with a professional team from an established business! We are now happy Rolf Griffin Plus customers and will recommend you to others with enthusiasm.

Just had an install. Ryan, Steve, and Chad. Excellent job, very professional team, left no footprint on home. Left it just as it was upon arrival. Before they even started laid covering down to protect the home. Very clean process, no nonesense, got right to work. The guys were friendly and informative, I felt they truly were in tune with what was expected. Ryan made sure ducts were sealed, we had a comprise of a few of the ducts that were not properly sealed, thank you for bringing this to our attention and being the crawl monkey and the outside installer of air unit. Looks great. Steve and Chad worked the inside install, it was a smooth process from what I witnessed. If there were any hiccups during install I was not aware, thank you very much Ryan, Steve and Chad for a very professional job. I have chronic allergies and chronic asthma and am very sure this will put me and my husband in a healthier environment. It is greatly appreciated. Thank you Rolf Griffin for the program that allowed this to take place, as the old unit was definitely in dire need of being replaced. I would also like to thank Abe for coming to our house and explaining the process and program available to allow us this opportunity to have better heating with efficient equipment and much better air quality for our home. We reached out to Rolf Griffin to assess an issue with our water heater. Mark, our technician, came out and did an excellent job assessing our issue, discussing our options (with no pressure), and, he replaced our water heater. Mark took the time to discuss our water heater and what we could expect from the options presented. He also discussed additional services provided by Rolf Griffin which we were unaware of. Excellent face of the company. Good to know for future reference. Our service was top notch and I would not hesitate to request Mark for any of our service calls. Follow up two weeks later. We had a scheduled maintenance on our AC unit. Landon, the technician, showed up between the stated time and in short order was under way with the routine check up. He did a fantastic job communicating to us what he did, what to be on the look out for in the future and some suggestions down the road. Excellent service call. 08/27/2017 Update - Mark once again provided exceptional service. We had an issue with a leak in our bathroom and after trouble shooting the issue, he had the problem fixed. The longest part of the visit was actually deciding to ad the access panel (no brainer) where we needed it. Mark is an excellent service representative and an excellent face of the Rolf Griffin Service Expert Company.

We had a large leak at our home shut-off valve and called Rolf Griffin this morning around 6am. We received a call back from Mark Hollenbaugh within 5 minutes and he was very professional and advised what we needed to do so he could replace the shut-off. He was at our home when he said he would and did a superb jog. He was pleasant to have working on our plumbing and provided answers to all our questions. He is an excellent asset to Rolf Griffin and we would request him in all future calls. Thank you Mark...........and thank you Rolf Griffin because all service we have had has been excellent. Adding new review........we received excellent service from Mark & Andy in the installation of an on-demand water heater on 3/19-3/20. This unit went into the attic and required a special box to protect it from freezing. The service we received on this was as usual excellent. Both Mark & Andy took time to show us everything and explain in detail. They are both very professional and very, very good at what they do. We would refer anyone looking for plumbing and/or furnace & air conditioning to Rolf Griffin as they know what they are doing and offer excellent service.

We were in a somewhat of an Emergency situation on the 3rd of November around 9:30pm!! My wife heard a noise coming from our Furnace room, so when she opened the door she notice water coming out of the bottom of our Water Heater! She called me to look at it, and when I saw what was happening I told her to call Rolf to see what we could do that night. The Rolf Rep said she would call a Tech person and have them call us! That is when we got a call from Mark who over the phone told us how to secure the system until he could replace it the next day. Mark said he would talked to dispatch in the morning and let me know if they could schedule us in that day. I gave all the information Mark needed to bring a new system with him. Rolf called me about 20 mins. before Mark was going to arrive. Mark arrived, and was very Professional. He explained to me everything he was going to do. Mark did a Great job taking old system out, and installing our new one. Mark is a great representative of Rolf with his knowledge, experience, and keeping the customer informed of the situation. We have been a Rolf customer for more than 35yrs!!

On January 31, 2017 Tony Salmons made a late night service call for no heat on our 8 year old Lennox furnace. He quickly diagnosed the problem, did some cleaning of the condensate tube and, I believe the exhaust tube also. The furnace quickly was back in working order. Tony also said he would place an order for an inducer, as the current one has a nasty vibration. There was no charge, as furnace is still under parts and labor warranty. On another note, had the tech from the same company who performed routine service on the furnace on January 24 been more thorough, we might have avoided this heat-out situation. Overall, I have been very satisfied with all of the Rolf Griffin personnel over the past 8 years. Update 2-7-17 Tony came back to install the new inducer today. Installation was done, checked out everything thoroughly, and he answered all my questions. Our furnace is located in the center of the house (no basement) and they always work to keep everything clean. I was previously rating them at 4 stars, but actually, over the 8 years they have worked for me, I would put them at 5 stars.

Kyle Lee was the service rep that was sent to our home yesterday to checkout the problem we were having with our water heater. it was determined that our unit could not be repaired because the parts we needed were no longer made, and that our unit was not safe to use without these repairs Kyle explained that the price he quoted us would include the cost and the installation of the unit with a 6 year warranty. We agreed to the new unit and Klye set up an appointment for today to do the work. He arrived today, on time and immediately went to work in install our unit ,the whole process took about 2 hrs. This young man was polite, he showed pride in the way he did his job. and certainly had the knowledge he needed to do a great job. He explained fully to us the way our unit worked and the warranty information. We felt safe and secure with his work and his attitude while he was in our home, and to senior citizens that is a lot. I will certainly tell my friends and neighbors to request Kyle for all their plumbing problems when they call Rolf Griffin for service.

Tech Nathan Salmons performed a maintenance contract visit to test and clean the furnace. During the inspection he discovered cracks in the heat exchanger, a problem with the igniter and a problem with the gas valve mechanism. He informed me of his findings and the need for immediate attention. After discussing the repairs needed for a safe and reliable furnace, I suggested that it might be better to consider a replacement. Nathan contacted Nate Horn, Residential Sales Consultant, to discuss my options for a replacement unit. He told me the units available and the prices, and after considering the cost of the repairs vs. that of a new unit, I decided to go with a new unit. Both men were courteous and professional and well versed in their jobs. I especially commend Tech Salmons who did all he could to make the situation less stressful. Both men are excellent representatives of Rolf Griffin.

Rolf Griffin service techs and sales reps are truly knowledgeable and professional! My furnace and water heater were both 23 yrs old. Furnace was starting hard and loud and at times was shutting completely off. I called Rolf Griffin and they came out the very next day! Ben & Frank were helpful, kind and empathetic to the situation of me being a single mom needing a new furnace asap. The same night, Nate came out to show me various products, specials and financing options. He was determined to get me everything I needed for my home at the best affordable deal! The very next day Rolf installed a new 96% efficient furnace, 40 gallon water heater, and central air conditioner. Steve and Landon were polite, efficient and professional. They showed me how to register and use my new digital wifi thermostat too. I highly recommend Rolf Griffin!!

A scheduled service was made to our residence. Due to work related issues I was running about 5 min. late. Quickly calling Rolf Griffin Service Experts I was received with professional attention. They quickly communicated with Dispatch to contact our Service Technician to let them know my situation. I arrived at my residence and was apologetic. Our Service Technician was understanding and quickly went to work. Dan Delcamp was professional throughout our whole service. He informed me throughout the entire time of service as to what was happening. I appreciated his patience and professionalism. .He gave me a thorough explanation of the inspection sheet. My husband and I have been very satisfied with our Heating and Air Conditioning as well as the service! Thank you Dan Delcamp!

Since our units were almost 30 years, Joey came by to give us an estimate on replacing them. He checked everything out and explained that part of our problem with cold areas could be helped with the addition of a couple of return air vents. Joey also told us about a great sale they were having. We decided to take advantage of the sale and update our units. Denny, Ryan and Steve came out to remove the old and install the new units and to add the two new return air vents. They were very courteous and professional and got all the work done in one day. They answered all of our questions and cleaned up after themselves. Our house is now evenly warm throughout! We are very happy with our new units.

Nathan Salmons was the technician sent today by Rolf Griffin. All technicians have been personable and professional. Today was no exception, and maybe exceptional. Nathan inspected everything thoroughly and did his best trying to explain it to me. It made sense even to my limited understanding. Nathan found some extra minor problems that could easily have been overlooked, and he fixed them right away. He also fixed a fan problem on the A/C unit that had been addressed before but never fixed. Nathan stayed here a long time working in the heat, and left only when the job was well done. I will request him for my next service appointment for the furnace. John Massey
