After a neighborhood heating company failed to repair our furnace, we were left with an unheated home most of the fall despite installing new parts on 3 calls. I finally found Sunbeam in the phone book and a great guy named Corey Smith arrived a short time later. In a matter of minutes, he informed me the wrong wattage/voltage igniter had been installed and shutting it down. He had the part in the truck and we were warm again ! Wish we had called Sunbeam first. A few months later, we heard a whine coming from the vents and woke up to find the house at 51°. Again I called Sunbeam, this time on a Sunday, thinking I would pull out my space heater and they would come Monday. To my surprise, a wonderful man named Mike Miller came within an hour ! He discovered the Inducer motor had seized and the furnace was no longer running. The part would have to be ordered but he broke it free and lubricated it so we would have heat in the middle of winter. Whatever he did, it kept us warm as toast until he could return and replace the motor a few days later. This company goes above and beyond and employs the best technicians. Warm and affable, it was a stark contrast from the first company that knew we were freezing and did nothing except talk us into mother boards and other unnecessary parts that did not repair the problem.

The team from Sunbeam did a terrific job for us. We chose Sunbeam because of the quality of the service we received from another Service Experts company outside of the Western New York area. To start, Roger came to service our air conditioner. He warned us that the air conditioner and furnace were both very old (we already knew that), and that there were parts that were in very bad condition. At our request, he arranged for Dennis to give us a quote on a new system. Dennis explained our options and helped us pick out appropriate units for our home. On Monday Matt cleaned our air ducts. When he was finished not only were the air ducts cleaned, but there was no mess left in the house. The next day Matt, Joe, and Kevin came to install the furnace and air conditioner. Again, they did a great job, and when they left the area was spotless. Joe spent time to show us how to use the new thermostat. All of the people we dealt with were pleasant and knowledgeable. The work was done on time and at the expected cost. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and plan to use Sunbeam in the future.

I just had Matt and Joe install a new furnace and AC unit in my home. Everything from the quick quotation, scheduling, and communication to the installation and cleanup went smoothly. I can not say enough about the attention to detail that they had during the installation and the quality of the products. Worth every penny. I highly recommend this company and I am not an easy person to please, so that must say something. It is not often you come across people that want to make sure you are happy and complete the job like they are working on their own home. I have dealt with Jacob in the past for a needed repair and agree with the other google review comments. I also want to say that I have had many conversations with Jeanette for scheduling and have found her to be very receptive of my needs and pleasant.

I really appreciated the installation work done by Joe and Matt. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in July 2017. These guys did a great job and clearly explained everything they did. They worked efficiently and kept right at it until the job was done, and that was early evening. Joe was very helpful in programming and explaining the use of the I-Comfort thermostat which can be accessed through a Wi-Fi connection from anywhere. Many thanks to the professionals at Sunbeam and that includes Dennis who made the initial presentation and laid out all the various options that were available to us. I would recommend the Sunbeam company to anyone in need of a new system or routine maintenance. .

Joe was to the point and helped immensely. He went above and beyond and on top of fixing and cleaning everything, he showed us exactly what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. He was well informed and knew what he was doing without having to consult anyone else for help. Not only did he check the obvious problem, he also looked at the other possible issues that could have been the problem and in doing that, he solved our issue. I would highly recommend Joe not only for his proffesionalism, but also for his knowledge.

I had a problem with carbon monoxide coming from my boiler. Joe came out to look at it and even though he had a late day he stayed even later to address my problem. He had to come back the next day to finish and make sure everything was completed and my family and I were safe in our home. Joe was very polite, professional and knowledgable. I was very satisfied with the service I received and will definitely use sunbeam in the future for any of my heating or cooling needs.

We had our furnace die on us and they were able to get a tech out that day. We knew it was a matter of time before we needed a new one and they really delivered. Dennis was our sales guy and when we told him what we were looking at he told us the exact ones that fit our budget and needs. Joe, Matt and Jacob were the installers and they did a fabulous job. They were super polite and super clean. They took the time to answer all my questions.

I recently had a boiler installed by a Sunbeam team, Roger and Anna. This was not an easy job due to the fact that what they had to work with was a very old radiator system in a late 19th century home with a very old pipe system. Despite a couple of issues that presented themselves during the installation, they dealt with problems professionally, calmly and efficiently. Great service!

Mike Miller came yesterday to complete our annual furnace maintenance. I found him friendly and courteous. He checked over the system, completed his inspection and duties in a timely manner and took the time to review his evaluation of our system. I depend on his expertise as I am not a furnace expert! Corey and Anna just finished work on our AC and the installation of a UV light on the furnace, they were very patient in answering my questions, knowledgeable and courteous. Matt Smith came also to clean our duct work. Also very pleasant, explained the process to us. Corey, Anna and Matt left our home neat and clean. I would recommend them.
