Dissapointing and pushy sales pitch that pushed me on the Edge! I had to push the salesman out of my house. I was visited twice by Kraz salesmen. In the Spring of 2017 and in November 2017. First time the price for some block windows seemed excessive. I did not hired them. Second time, in November 2017 the salesman showed up 20 min late. I received him in my house and asked him if he has a better offer. He wanted more details so I agreed to go a little bit over the deal. While he was calculating he was coming up with a higher price than the first time. After 5 introductory minutes I told him I have an important call and that I can give him 10 min to be able to provide a number. I wasn’t interested for an entire speech. After 20 minutes, not 10, he had a price. I stated I will think and that he can call me on Monday. At that point I had few more minutes to take care of my personal business and make that personal call. Politely, I invited the salesman to finish his paper in the car. He stated he has to finish the paperwork in the house and that he has to call his boss. He called Luis. I grab his phone and told Luis his salesman has to leave the premises immediately. It looks the Kraz policy is to TAKE people time without PEOPLE consent after the potential customers tell them to leave. This is a clear sign of disrespect. When respect is NOT shown at the sales pitch stage, one has to wonder how much respect KRAZ has for one’s property and the quality of the work. I don’t think I will ever hire them.

I am very happy to finally be getting a new roof on our house. We looked at a few different companies before choosing Kraz Construction do to the job. They did our windows several years ago. Kraz did a professional job and the windows are still beautiful! Kraz offered the best roof warranty which was important to us. We feel very confident and trust that they will do a professional job for us again. They were also able to match another company’s price which helped a great deal. We were very glad that our sales rep Rachel was so helpful and worked with us to get the best deal. We are very excited and will also be doing our siding with them in the spring! Thank you Kraz!

Someone from Kraz is walking the neighborhood knocking on doors trying to drum up business. The wife says OK to an estimate. The kid sets an appointment for a guy to come later while my wife and I are both home. When the guy arrives he gives us a ridiculously high estimate, so high I want to tell him to get out but I am being polite. He tells me he can check my credit for financing in a way that will not show up on my credit report. I told him if he could do that then go ahead. My mistake, shows up and negatively affects an already fragile credit score. Unscrupulous, dishonest and shady. Use them if you want but all these poor reviews are written for a reason.

I would suggest having a tape recorder while hearing the sales pitch. We were told that it would be custom made to replace our existing window. It is 15 inches less in the bay width than the original. It is also 4 inches shorter so that my custom made window sheers are now too long. The width of the five panels are 4 inches shorter on each side of the window and wooden slats were put in place outside to make the windows fit. When I complained I was told the company had fulfilled their contract obligations. I will not use Kraz for our other window replacements. The men who installed the window were very efficient and polite.

This company came into my elderly mothers home and falsified documents to try to get her financed through their own 3rd party, she contacted them the next day to cancel their overpriced quote and kept being told someone would call her back. Now they are trying to make her pay 700.00 when they have done no work at all. Horrible work ethics and corrupt practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND WARN YOUR ELDERLY FAMILY NOT TO LET THEM IN THE DOOR! Very pathetic.
