Fantastic service, Monica Ocampo, the Loan Officer at the Cerrillos Branch in Santa Fe is beyond words professional and effective in getting my car loan and car purchase go through in a matter of one hour. She was also able to get me a temporary registration when I discovered that previous owners removed their plate and left me with an unmarked vehicle heading into a weekend. Monica had the temp registration taken care of in 30 minutes, MVD and all! She is a gem. Highly recommend her.

I have been unable to reach my branch on St. Michaeld for a week. They say leave a name and number and they will call back. No call back. I tried emailing, no response. No one answers the phone. I did get a chatty email from the president of the CU saying "give us a call" and lots of pictures of all the employees in their Halloween costumes. This is pretty inappropriate. I am starting to move my money out. Did the credit union close?

It hides behind the face of a local community-friendly bank. In reality, greedy and trying to screw you in every possible way. Fees and charges for everything as for example for returned mail, dormant accounts, etc??? Be aware.
