I came to open a business account and left after being told I needed more documents and would have to be pre-qualified and all without a smile! Opened an account with Bank of America who greeted me with a smile and accepted the documents I had with me. I would prefer work with smaller businesses, I own one myself, however, I have to insist that customer service is first and foremost, a small business owners primary focus.

Went to cash a check from a friend and yes there was a $4 fee that my friend was not aware. I agreed to pay the $4 fee but then the check had been dated for the next day by accident and the bank refused to call and verify the mistake and cash the check. We do not except postdated checks even if it was an accident, said the bank manager.

I cant believe how many fees Nusenda hits you with! New bank, more fees! Fees on top of fees! Very let down, they should be called a bank, not a credit union, to many fees! So many problems! Bank elsewhere!

Someone above mentioned all the fees....yep. When it was New Mexico Educators, they were great but now they have become more of a big bank... will be closing my account soon.
