I just wanna leave a note thanking you guys and girls for helping me out. I broke down on I10 3 hours out. Had no idea what to do.....covered in primary oil. ..and worried i would miss my grandfathers funeral i called Chandler Harley. Not only did they find me an amazing motor cycle towing company! But went out of their way to get my part in the shop monday morning. They raced and put up with me pacing. Fed me some popcorn and helped find a shirt for the funeral. Also noticed i needed a back tire.....and got me out the door in time to say goodbye to my grandfather. A vet who fought so i can be a long hair riding once again in this great country of ours. I sent a picture of my Sporty. Im proud of this little 1200xl....we been through alot. Ill be sure to stop in for popcorn and maybe a shirt everytime we ride through the valley. Amazing staff. True bikers. Didnt keave this brother on the side of the road......a pushed so i could make some noise for a man that will always be a hero to me?

He is the reason I came back to Chandler Harley and not other Harley Dealerships that are even closer to my home. When I bought my first Harley, unfortunately, Jeff was off that day. However, I received the same quality customer service from Greg Webal and Adrien . Usually people get anxious when its time to purchase your bike. Susie made my experience absolute opposite and delightful! She is a breath of fresh air! She made me feel good about my purchase and even gave me her cell number in case I had questions. Due to the fact that I received excellent customer service from start to finish, I would recommend Chandler Harley to anyone. At the end of the day, I drove off into the sunset with my new Sportster with a smile from ear to ear!”

After I saw a " HD 2015 883 IRON" Sportster I felt this could be a great bike for me but debated if this was the time to purchase. Upon contact with Harley-Davidson in Chandler I came over to test drive this bike after which I felt the time was now to purchase. Mandi Love, my sales person along with many others including William Baillie in parts and servise advisor Mitch Erschen made my first time purchase of a Harley-Davidson one of the best experiences I could ask for. From the moment I arrived I found the atmosphere very pleasant and helpful with all my questions answered professionally with no pressure. I came away with the bike along with accessories I wanted at a price that I felt was very fair, I would most definitely recommend come in and check out this dealership.

Everyone at Chandler Harley was super friendly and helpful, they all seemed very excited for me to get my first Harley. I worked with Jeff, who spent a LOT of time with me. I came in at the very end of the day when I could make it in after work a few days in a row before I was ready to buy. He was very helpful, never seemed to be rushed by time and made the entire experience a lot of fun!! Also, Rachel in apparel treated me like a queen! I have never had such great customer service in a clothing department of any store! Then there is Suzie, who I felt was really looking out for me and worked really hard to get me the best loan possible. I even met a few of the guys in the mechanics area and they were all very friendly as well! Amazing staff all together!

I bought an used 2014 Dyna and I was very happy with it until I rode it. When I got it on the highway, I started to get a wobble at highway speeds. I brought the bike back, and Todd the General sales manager along with Nick the Service manager assured me that there was nothing for me to worry about, all of my concerns would be addressed immediately. Less then 24 hrs later I had my bike back, my first Harley Davidson and it ran great. I am a district manager . I pride myself and my management staff to operate with character and professionalism. The staff at Chandler Harley Davidson from Adrian my salesman to Todd to Nick I cant say enough good things about. If I would want a dream team in my district this would be it. On the Fence about this place. Salesmen are good and friendly, Paul Kirk in parts is awesome, selection in bikes are great. Now for the bad - Manager staff acts like used car salesmen, lowball you on a trade in ( one you bought new from them ) sneak in extra price at the last minute. Service people there are friendly to the face but thats it, they have no idea what they are talking about. After bringing my new harley in to check out a small problem I felt lied to and bullshited. Going to see how the rest of this plays out After a few complaints Chandler did do very well in making things right. I do not know many places that will go as far as they did to make large effort in taking care of me. So I will give them an A+ on setting my experience right

I have been to many dealerships here in Arizona and in the Texas, Houston area. This is by far one of my favorites! Not only was the customer service impeccable that I received from who is now my go to sales guy, Darren Stanz, but also the small community based setting that you feel when you walk into the dealership is amazing. They always seem to greet you by name and aid you in what ever way possible. They get you on the bikes and in the riding gear that suits you best not always the ones that will make them the most money like you seem to get from other, larger dealerships. That alone is what sold me and is why I come to Chandler H-D!

I was in town from Illinois and traded my bike in. Their finance guy gave me the b.s. credit card rate and promised me that after a year of perfect payments Harley would roll out the red carpet and refinance me at a next to nothing finance rate. Well after a year I called Harley finance asking them about refinance and they said we dont do that and they were sorry that Chandler Harley Davidson promised that. DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU! They also charged me $500 for title work that they didnt do and when I got to illinois to get my plates I had to pay Illinois another $200 for title and license.

Chandler Harley is my favorite store! I purchased a 2014 Softail Slim in March of 2014. I have a whole team of go to people, to handle anything that may come up! I am greeted by name, every time I enter the store! Scott is my sales guy, Paul and Christian are my go to guys for parts and accessories, Steve in service oversees of all my routine maintenance. Service was good at time of purchase of my new boots. But they made a mistake ran my gift card for $25 then said it was declined so I paid out of pocket called the gift card number because I knew there was $25 on the card still. Customer service rep said no the card was used at chandler harley. I called chandler harley spoke with the manager he said he would look into it. Guess what still no call no text no email. Going on over three weeks now.

I also have had excellent service on my bikes and great experience with the upgrades I had them install. They did a great job Dynoing my bikes as well.
