I have been working with Nicole Gardea since I moved here in 2010. I have had AAA insurance for over 40 years. I was actually referred to AAA by my Farmers agent when I needed to add my 1st born to my auto policy. He told me then that AAA was not only less expensive than what he could do, they were the best for teen drivers. His own kids were covered by AAA. I have had nothing but excellent service and great advice with every agent I have worked with, in California, Washington and here in Arizona. I have felt the agents were not only agents, they were friends that always looked for the best coverage at the best price for me. Nicole is not only knowledgeable, she is smart, friendly and just yesterday I recommended her to my friend. Barring unforeseen circumstances I will be with AAA forever. Thanks Nicole for all your help on this newest renewal.

After 49 years without any accidents through State Farm, we received a quote from AAA for Auto and Home Insurance. AAA was much lower then State Farm so we switched auto and home insurance to AAA last August 2014. This year we receive a Renewal Offer from AAA for auto insurance, and they increased the coverage by over 10%. We again did not have any accidents or even used the roadside assistance. Seems to me that AAA gave us an "introductory offer quote" so that we would switch, and then jack up the rates the second year. We will be shopping again this year for a new auto insurance provider. Too bad...we enjoyed being a AAA Member.

The folks at AAA were the kindest and most helpful people. I wish I had caught the name of the young lady that helped me get my golf cart registered. She was professional, smart, and efficient; not to mention nice. My cart was registered in 15 minutes instead of a 2 hour wait at the DMV. What a great commodity; Professional and Nice!
