DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION! Maria Tlapanco, the only reviewer for this location, is the branch manager. I have never met her, but I have dealt with her employees. CHANEL HUNTER, an agent at this location, prepared my current policy. She emailed over documents to be signed via Adobe Document Cloud. When I refused to sign an OPTIONAL enrollment application for NSD(Nation Safe Drivers) she told me that she would cancel my policy. She said that enrollment in NSD was mandatory for my insurance company and without this enrollment she would need to cancel my policy. Long story short... she had already charged my Visa the enrollment fee and was trying to cover her tracks. I had to call another location and speak to their branch manager, Diego Cappiello,(because she refused to allow me to speak with hers) and he assured me that my stolen funds would be returned.

BEWARE!!! You are right they try and charge you for something extra that you do not need with your policy. It is optional and you do not have to pay for it. Your policy will not cancel or they can not deny you coverage if at the end of everything you deny that nsd or ad&d travel program. Id you have paid already call and you can get refunded cause it your right through department of insurance. Like they said if you get in a accident good luck freeway is not even your insurance company you will be pit to they side so they can charge the next person. Good luck or just steer clear i knew somebody who worked there and they told me how it works.

I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH KRISTEN. I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH CHANEL HUNTER AS WELL. WAS TOLD THE SAME THING ABOUT THE NSD WAS MANDATORY WITH MY INSURANCE. I CALL BS... THEN I GET A LOVELY NOTICE IN THE MAIL TODAY, WHY YOU ASK BECAUSE OF INCOMPETENT INSURANCE AGENT WHO CANT DO HER JOB. DONT GO THERE. RUNNNNNN. HELL EVEN DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES OR CALL A DIFFERENT LOCATION. WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS.

I had some issues witha prior rep but called and spoke to Lucas and he fixed everything. He was very friendly and helped me even when they were busy and about to close. He really seems to care about customers and his job.
