I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS OFFICE! TONS OF LACK OF COMMUNICATION, MISCOMMUNICATION, AND UNFORTUNATELY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR FROM THE OWNER HIMSELF! I WAS MISLEAD FOR WEEKS THINKING MY POLICY WAS ACTIVE. EVEN MADE PAYMENTS ON A "TERMED" POLICY ALTHOUGH I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION MY POLICY WAS STILL ACTIVE. WAITED 4 WEEKS TO GET MY POLICY "RENEWED" BECAUSE IT WAS TIME. JUST TO FIND OUT MY POLICY HAD BEEN CANCELED WEEKS PRIOR TO! I AM VERY UPSET AND DISTRAUGHT BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND INCONSISTENCIES! AND ALSO FOR THEIR LACK OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
