we recently requested a trip-tic for our upcoming travels to North Carolina and were pleased, as always, with the personal attention received and the prompt and accurate information we were given. We rarely travel without consulting the Sandusky branch of the AAA about hotel accommodations, maps, currency exchanges or options available for travel in general. Their eagerness to aid in our travel plans and their expediency are phenomenal!! I highly recommend that area travelers confer with Robin and her staff to make their travel plans! Their expertise is extensive and the atmosphere at the Sandusky AAA is always super-friendly!

I recently stopped at the Sandusky AAA to get a new travel Visa card. The friendly, young lady who assisted me was very helpful. She explained the card thoroughly and even checked on previous cards that I no longer use. It seemed to me that she enjoys her job, as she smiled often and made sure that I had everything I needed.

She was able to suggest an alternate route (with less construction and tolls) than I had thought and was able to book hotels at a better rate than I was getting through on-line sites. Thanks Julie!

Aweful service. Employee annoyed that we were there. Kept "huffing" every time we had a question. So disappointed that AAA would hire an employee like that. Would highly suggest not going to at least this location
