Been with this back over 15 years. This bank has NEVER denied me for any loans. I loved the in person loan applications rather then some banks that give you a 7-10 in mail answer. I agree with the other comment, the Shop Rite location is useless. Anytime I needed something they would just call the east hartford location anyway or point me to the video teller. Not sure what this bank is up to with the video tellers... i am NOT a fan of them. They are losing that person to person feel that i loved about.

This is not a credit union that has good customer service, I have been trying to call regarding an issue of 2013 that I have no idea about. I was told by the supervisor each time she would call me back with results and as of today NO RESULT or CALL BACK. I now want to speak to the President. I recommend American Eagle Credit Union or Hartford Federal Credit Union they call back.
