I visit here almost everyday since it is right by my work and I love the atmosphere. While I may not appreciate the prices of Bass Pro, the staff is very kind and welcoming. I love the decor as well as how the whole place is always well conditioned. The fact that they allow customers or even people browsing to just sit in their store and even nap as one employee told me made me surprised. ...I felt relieved that I could just enjoy looking around and sitting in their very comfy rocking chairs without being asked to move or purchase something. God Bless bass Pro for being my post-work sanctuary with the beautiful view over the highway.

Hunting and fishing shop, there are an endless selection of equipment and all weapons of fishing rods ... accompanying this store attraction in itself, there are fish, waterfall, firing facility for children, all kinds of stuffed animals at the entrance and inside the store. If the area is worth just enter there just to enter the atmosphere of the hunter.

Debbie at the front desk was fantastic in helping us with a return problem she deserves 10 stars!!! But imagine our disappointment when we went over to the resturant and eat our favorite BBQ Nachos just to find out they changed the menu and dont carry them anymore!! So disappointed!! So that is why the 3 stars!! Just beware, if you are going for an old favorite, it may not still be there. We left without dining!

If you love the great outdoors then you more then likely have been here. If not you really need to go they have almost anything you could need to enjoy your time outside! Also have a great restaurant on premises. The displays are incredible too. If you get a chance check the stores out in Springfield MO, and Memphis TN. They have great nature centers and Gun museums.

I walk into this Bass Pro to buy a Nixon rifle scope. Walking up to the counter a man tells me he is busy and will be right with me. I wait and wait. Then I see people pulling numbers from a selector for service. The associate never mentioned getting a number. After 15 minutes of wasting my time, I walked out without a new scope. Maybe Cabelas with want my money.

Every time I go to the parts department for marine, I am not greeted and John I believe parts manager is very rude and put out that he has to look-up parts. Horrible attitude for his line of work, I defiantly will not be returning or recommending. Hopefully they find him a new job, I have personally watched three people walk out because of his attitude!

Great experience. Andy in the archery department assisted me with setting up my compound bow with a stabilizer and arrow quiver. He also provided me with some shooting techniques and instructions at the same time. I appreciate his knowledge and experience and will continue to shop at Bass Pro because of the experience and customer service

Disorganized and you can not escape the really bad modern country music played on the loudspeaker. And the men at the fun counter were not very informed about hunting but would not stop talking about how you could defend your house with this gun, which seems like an odd stance at an outdoors and sporting goods store.

Customer service desk is outstanding. I went in to pick up an internet order and they had it brought up to me within 10 minutes and I was on my way out the door. Other stores I have to wait for quite a while for them to look up the order and then shuffle around to bring it to me. Keep up the great work!

Used to love this place and have dropped $100s of dollars here over last few years. Probably not going to buy fishing gear here anymore. Got a Bass Pro rod/reel combo. Both of which were defective. Took it to the store and was basically told sorry about your luck. Keep this in mind when you buy here.

I was a fan of the gun department after buying my first gun there. I was going to buy another gun there but checked around on price for a Glock 19 gen 4 found the Glocks to overpriced close to 100 dollars, simply put corporate can sale Glocks overpriced do not care if you get ripped off.

I went there to just do a little Christmas shoping looking around trying to pass a little time because I was waiting for my brother. I was followed around and asked several times if I was ok or needed help and I do not appreciate being profiled. Not professional at all.

If you wanted to have Easter Bunny pics DONT. Regardless what day or time you come its over 1.5 hour wait. The pple tell you an hour EVERYTIME, and its way over. Nothibg but mad parents and screaming crying kids. Poor kids leaving yet line still not moving.. Sad.

Great service every time I come. This time was even better as I had ordered online then picked up my item. They brought it out immediately and asked if I needed help loading it. Im not a small person and they didnt just assume I could do it alone. Great service!

Did the coffee shop meeting thing here, at the suggestion of a friend (Dick Paschall) and not knowing what to expect, it was a huge surprise. Great atmosphere, decent prices and a fairly healthy range of offerings. Service could be a bit better.

We always have a great experience here! Today we bought a boat and needed to outfit it, but had no idea what all we needed. Jim in the marine dept spent a lot of time making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

We may not shop here frequently as retired, however when we do, we are satisfied with the extra large tall selection for men. Also, just bought our ATV this summer and git a good deal with the service that came with it!

Very clean. Friendly staff. Full of all of the outdoor equipment you could need. Love that they have Santa show up every Christmas season. Giant store that is just fun to walk around in, never know what you will find.

My Kids Love This Place. The guys in the fishing dept gave my kids quite a show with the aqaurium behind them. They were wonderful. The food at Uncle Bucks Grill was good and reasonably priced.
