My Current insurance Insurance is about to expire so I went in to Accurate Insurance on Harlem to get rate info to possible switch over. When I walked in I was greeted by Marissa. She was super friendly and very helpful but not over the top pushy. I felt like I had a friend trying to help me make and important decision. The customer service is great with this company. I usually deal with an agent by the name of Aliza White. She made it easy for me to pick out a policy that was suitable for my vehicle and my budget. They are always extremely helpful whenever I call and need questions answered or concerns addressed. Highly recommend this office if looking for a great place with friendly faces .
