Two key qualities I look for in working with a professional is their customer service orientation and responsiveness. These are qualities I demonstrate in my practice and ones that I expect to receive when working with a professional. It’s the reason why I have been in the market for a new insurance agent for over a year. When Brendon joined my business group, I referred myself to him for my home and auto insurance. I was so unhappy with my current agent that I was willing to pay more for insurance to get the service I expected. Thankfully, Brendon did not disappoint me. Within hours of the referral, Brendon sent me a message with a few questions to get the ball rolling. Within a day, he provided me with a quote, followed up by a conversation wherein he clearly explained why State Farm’s pricing was different and in some cases higher than my current carrier. He provided options for coverage and did not try to upsell me. Rather, he took the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of each option. I had a new policy by the end of the week and finally, an insurance agent I can trust. I would not hesitate to refer Brendon to my friends, family and colleagues.
