All positive experiences, they almost always answer the phone and if I do happen to get vm I get a return call back very quickly. worst representation ever...false policy representation...agents unavailable, adjusters unavailable, never anybody to answer or return calls....complete fabrication and slander to establish false accusations in order to fraudulently cancel your policy, and/or avoid responsibility. Complete scam, period.
