The absolute worst customer service EVER! I believe they forgot who/what drives their business. That would be referrals Jenny your staff could not or would not answer very specific & direct questions. Very condescending and dismissive when asked basic questions to people who are PAYING their hard earned money. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EITHER!!! Next steps will be filing complaints with the state and better business bureau. Very questionable business practices!!! asked for management was placed on hold in access of 10 mins sweta then said she was out of the country! ZERO STARS had to choose 1 star to post this review take your money somewhere else.

I have worked with Jenny and Laura and its been an absolute pleasure. Very prompt, helpful, informative, and polite service. They have been able to educate me on all of my insurance needs with very clear and friendly communication. They definitely go out of their way to make customers are getting the best of whats out there, and are very honest about what they can offer in comparison to other options on the market. I highly recommend.

I asked for a car insurance quote with a foreign driving license and was quoted $151 per month, 2 months after when it got closer to getting the insurance the quote was recalculated and turned into $274. Called the office and the conversation turned into an obnoxious dispute. Good luck.

I called to get renters insurance from this office because my apartment building in Chicago requires it and they were able to do everything over the phone. They were really helpful. I was also able to swich my auto insurance and they saved me a ton of money. Nice people.
