I currently lived in Chicago, IL. When I bought my car in May 2006 I signed up with this company to insure my car. I moved back to Rock Island, IL in July 2007. I have tried to change my address with the company at least 3 or more times without success. I renewed my insurance with the company and have not received any information about my insurance. Today, Dec 3, 2007 I call to see why I have not received any information as to why I have not received any paperwork stating that I have insurance and my current address was still not in the system. I think that people working with the public and paying for a service should get better than what this company is delivering. Lillie Johnson
