This company is garbage. After getting a loan through them, they deposit it into my account at GECU without any other options to me and have the audacity to charge me a fee to transfer it out. Or I can transfer it out over the span of three months. Nobody in their customer service departments sees this terrible customer service as an issue. I am surprised that a company with this bad of customer service is even still in business. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I have had an account there 1984. They were primary bank until recently. They have lost so much ground in ease of use, customer service and competitiveness with peer institutions that I was forced to take by business elsewhere. In a nutshell, they are hard to do business with (very poor customer service) and certain transactions are very slow to process. I am very sorry to see them come to this.

Applied for a credit card 4 weeks ago, but still waiting to receive anything (my credit is excellent). The last credit card I applied for from AMEX was delivered to my house within 2 days - it may be an unfair comparison, but 4 weeks is ridiculous. Very friendly, but incompetent staff. Not sure if I should continue doing business with this bank.

WHY DOES NOTHING ONLINE WORK CORRECTLY for a pregnant woman driving and adjusting to your location hours is terribly complicated!!! You all need to fix this it is seriously hurting you and your customer service

They are great i switch my banking from another credit union. Their rates are great and the staff is very friendly. I transferred 2 of my car loan from the other credit union to GE.
