In over a decade of banking with Telhio, I have lost count over how many issues I have had. Currently, I have over $3000 in my account and yet my card has been repeatedly declined for small purchases while others have gone through. And NO ONE is available to reach to resolve the issue until Monday. They also conveniently take out $5 membership fees- for banking with them. Horrible establishment. I plan to close my account ASAP this week.

Terrible customer service, poor banking hours, very poor business practices, hidden fees, and unnecessary holds on deposited checks. I am unsure of why anyone banks with them as there seems to be no benefits to banking with them over any other establishment yet there are far more hassles involved with doing business with Telhio. I should have closed my account years ago.

Terrible! Every time you turn around they are doing maintenance to the online banking system....for those of us who use the online system for their bill pay options this is a BIG problem! Oh, and the people in the loan dept. need to get up to speed on customer service!

I took a second mortgage with Telhio in Autumn 2014. The application process and closing process were EXTREMELY easy. The rates were good. The service has been good. I highly recommend them.

Almost impossible to deposit money during non business hours- very few locations have night deposit box, and 2 week hold on Atm deposits. Online banking- takes days for transactions to show up.

Terrible bank. They charge $15.00 Just to process a payment by phone. Never heard of a phone processing fee being that high. After the loan...Ill never deal with Telhio ever again
