I am ever grateful for the team of Justin and Jill at Hensley Legal Group with my Social Security Disability. Jill was great at keeping me updated with what was going on, returning calls and answering questions. She has an enthusiasm that is needed for getting all the information needed. Justin is very knowledgeable with all the laws concerning SSD. He was absolutely the best attorney for representing my case. They are very professional, kind and caring about the people they are helping. They both did a lot of work, gathering of information and preparing for the SSD hearing. The hours that they both must have spent in preparing and organizing all the medical information for an hour hearing was very impressive, with my migraine headaches, blurry vision, osteoarthritis, Rathke Cleft Cyst, therapies, and age. During the hearing the judge said it would probably be two months before I would know the decision, which is normal. Although it normally takes two months for a decision, in my case, the decision was made within one week for Full Disability that has to say something about their preparation and presentation for the Disability Hearing.

When I became disable during military service and while working as an EMT, I was beyond frustrated and scared. My financial future was becoming as debilitating as my disabilities. I never thought that at my age, Social Security would become so important. Deciding to file for SSDI was difficult, but necessary. I acquired a life changing injury to my back in the early summer months of 2016. Once advised to seek this path due to non-curable progressive medical issues, the Hensley Legal Group filed a Social Security disability claim for me promptly and without much involvement from me (other than personal and physician information). Every telephone call was returned in a timely fashion, every e-mail was addressed as soon as possible, and every person involved was an empathetic, polite advocate for me. If an answer to a question I had was not known, I was told so and the information was researched and relayed to me. My claim was approved the first time due to the diligence of this group, and the compilation of my medical records. I want to take the time to tell you about my experience with Hensley Legal Group. Not only area they nice but, they remember that you are a person and very vulnerable. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with them. I was terrified not having been through anything like this before. had a very brilliant young attorney named Ashley. She is nice, knows the human aspect and her timing in court is impeccable. The staff that I met stayed with us in the court room and until the end. Sara even brought pizza for the wait. I could not have asked for a better representative and am totally pleased. They all were nice and get along like a big family. If you are in need of someone I highly recommend them. Out of a possible 10 I give them a 20.

This was a great experience. When I first found they were about 3 hours away from where I live, I was a bit apprehensive, but the whole experience felt like they were right down the road. Lauren was my case manager and every time I called I was answered promptly and courteously like they were right down the road. I was turned down a couple times by Social Security and had to have a court appearance, Justin made the three hour drive to represent me. from the beginning to the end the two who help me at Hensley legal group was all some if I called and if they was out of the office they called me right back when I got a little discouraged they would hear me out and after I would have let it all out they would let me know that things would work out always up lifting, now I am using Hensley legal group again and its the same with the new group that is helping me.
