Extremely Professional and Competent Attorney It was an unfortunate situation that I was in an accident last year. The accident (no cars or people were involved) was unfairly and unprofessionally treated by the cops at the scene of accident. They forced me into a series of unproven sidewalk tests, wrote incorrect reports and charged me with a DUI for the accident. Our family was extremely stressed and nervous about the whole situation reading implications of a DUI on various websites. We felt that we were being targeted however unsure what to do. We are very fortunate that we contacted The Laybourne Law firm. Brad Laybourne was extremely helpful and patiently listened to the entire case. After listening to entire situation and details of the case, he was very confident that I had been unfairly charged and that a DUI case does not exist.
