We bought a house six months ago and originally we chose a lender other than GSF. What a mistake that was. Three months after closing I was contacted by the same GSF representative I discussed the original finance with and he provided us with a rate much lower than what we were paying and we refinanced the house almost effortlessly. The process was exceptionally smooth and completed in less than 30 days. I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received during the refinancing process. I would recommend anyone considering either a purchase or a refinance use GSF. Not only do they provide you with the best possible rates in the marketplace but they also provide the best possible service.

Kelly Oatsvall n michele beasley were the 2 best people to work with. they kept us informed and were on top of everything to make sure closeing went smooth n on time.answered all questions even ones we didnt know to ask. i would highly recamend gfs and allready told a few people about how great an experience we had. I went through GSF for my home loan and my experience was amazing! From the moment I contacted Brian Hofmann I felt at ease and comfortable with the entire process. He guided me through every step and never once made me feel stressed or that something would go wrong. I was approved within a few days of applying and given the "go ahead" to start shopping. He checked in with me frequently asking how my house hunting was going and once I found a house I wanted to make an offer on, he provided me and my Realtor with everything we needed in a timely manner. Closing was also quick and painless. I highly recommend GSF!

My lender sam fischer( of lender for the va, md area) was awesome. He was always readily available and had answers to all my question. As a 1st time home buyer he went above and beyond to look for programs in my area that I would qualify for. Unfortunately I made over the income requirements, so that was a bust. But everything else went smoothly, infact the hardest part was finding a home that suited me and my fiance. We closed on time, infact he had paperwork expedited so that we could meet our closing date. Thanks to him I am now a home owner for a beautiful single family home in prince George county maryland.

Bryon Altreuther was incredible to work with, down to earth and really truly on your side! Originally me and my fiancé went to a credit union for our first preaproval letter, boy was that a waste of time! Bryon was able to offer us 70k more with a significantly lower interest rate (.35% lower than the credit unions conventional) giving us WAY more house for the same monthly payment, not to mention the same 3.5% down and tons of discounts off closing costs! We highly recommend choosing GSF and specifically Bryon Altreuther!

I can not say enough about my experience! From start to finish everything went smoothly. I was in constant contact each step of the way and informed daily of the progress. Even when I had my late night freak out moments and I sent an email.
